To teach undergraduate students the medieval English literature for many teachers is a great challenge. Teachers perhaps need to revise many of their traditional approaches to a literature which has seemed to many students difficult to comprehend. Better preparation of texts and broader use of recordings are needed to deal with this problem in the classroom practices.
